Dear Mr.Brennan:

\JI am enclosing a check for fifteen hundred sixty three dollars and 18 cents
made payable to you in payment for Pascha's and Donna's share of the purchase
price for the tract that you are purchasing from the University and for which
you will subsequently transfer title to Pascha and Donna for their share, namely
the portion marked as tract 8A on the survey map prepared by Donald H. Wiese
under date of August 7, 1975 labeled as Plat of Survey of Six Tracts
located south of University Estates Subdivision in Section 33 T23s, R2E  U.S.R.S.
Surveys  Las Gruces, New Mexico (job #8247 MJN).

As you have stated in your letter to me of August 13,1975, you have agreed to
transfer title to Donna and Pascha as soon as the University's deed is in your
hands and to send the deed for their tract to me at the above address.

Let me thank you on behalf of Donna and Pascha for your help in this matter.

One last note. I was not sure as to your middle initial. In looking at it again
I now think that perhaps it is G instead of E as I have written the check and
addressed this letter. I am adding this note so that you can show this letter
to the bank in case they should question that the check was indeed intended for
you.\.
